Return & Refund Policy
By placing an order on HalloweenGlow.com, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the following policies.
1. Order Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, it is immediately processed to ensure quick and efficient handling. For this reason, we are unable to accept cancellations after an order is confirmed.
We encourage all customers to carefully review their selections, quantities, and details before finalizing a purchase. If you have questions or need assistance prior to placing an order, please contact our support team at [email protected].
2. Returns
We accept returns only for products shipped by us that are faulty due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent or damaged item).
Conditions for Returns:
- Item(s) must be returned together with proof of purchase.
- You must contact our customer service to confirm your issue and obtain the official return address before returning any item.
- If you return an item without our confirmation, or send it to the address printed on your package, we cannot guarantee it will reach us. In such cases, we will not issue a refund.
- Customers are responsible for covering their own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please do not refuse delivery or send returns to the address on your package. That is not our return address, and we cannot take responsibility for unapproved returns.
3. Refunds
Our refund policy lasts 7 days from the arrival date of your order. Within this time, you must provide photo evidence of any damaged or faulty items. After 7 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.
- Failed delivery due to customer unavailability.
- Lost packages in unsecured delivery locations, if confirmed as “delivered” by the carrier.
- Orders that customers refuse to accept.
- Shipping fees, once items have been shipped, are non-refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of its approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 3–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
If you haven’t received your refund within this timeframe, please:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company—it may take time before the refund officially appears.
- Contact your bank—processing times can vary.
